Added tests for layers, fixed some problems on the way. In particular changed some things in the way SLDs are added when uploaded, may break some things. We really need to figure out that part better.

finished tests for datastores and added coveragestore testing. Also fixed some problems that where found this way.

First commit with current source files. Uploaded some documentation, this is a very early release and will probably change.
