add toggle snap, for edit and creation, fix edit button activated at edit page opening & avoid popup on feature being created

disable adding feature or editing geometry for multi geometry feature types & add icons on feature type details

avoid overiding not modified custo fields & display info message if only one feature selected for edition

change isOffline duplicated function into dynamic store value & remove members menu entry if offline
