replace structure by more explicite name feature_type and display JSON import button for non geographical feature types

adapt feature edition for non geographical feature type, disabling map, checks and removing geom field from geojson post

remove label in selected prerecorded value, fix boolean as string from csv & escape single quote to query prerecorded list value

prevent change detection for undefined boolean and with objects & avoid exit loop at fist unchanged value
